I recently had the privilege of being invited into a local primary school to speak with their Year 6 pupils about my journey from primary school student to becoming a self-employed sports coach.

The session focused on the importance of hard work, resilience, confidence, and following your passions. I shared my own experiences growing up, the challenges I faced along the way, and how my love for sport helped shape the career I have today.

It was fantastic to engage with the students, answer their questions, and hopefully inspire them to believe that with dedication and a positive attitude, they can achieve their own goals and ambitions.

As someone who works closely with young people every day, I am passionate about helping children understand the opportunities available to them, both in sport and beyond. These talks are designed to motivate pupils, build confidence, and encourage them to think positively about their future.
